2025 Konut satışları tarihi rekorunu kırdı
Bu yıl 2025 yılının ilk 4 ayının verileri açıklandı. Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu’nun verilerine göre konut satışları artmaya ve rekor kırmaya devam ediyor.

در سال ۲۰۲۴، ۱ میلیون و ۴۷۸ خانه فروخته شد. این فروشها در نیمه دوم سال گذشته، نه در نیمه اول، روند صعودی داشتهاند. به خصوص با این افزایشهای نامتعادل در قیمت مسکن، اثرات مداخلات انجام شده توسط مقامات بسیار مفید به نظر میرسید
Housing Sales Break Historical Record
In 2024, 1 million 478 houses were sold. These sales have been on an upward trend in the second half of last year, not in the first half. Especially with these unbalanced increases in housing prices, the effects of the interventions made by the authorities seemed to be very beneficial.
