The publication of the 2025 Housing Sales Report by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TSI) brought forth statements from experts.<\/p>\n

Housing Sales Break Historical Record<\/p>\n

In 2024, 1 million 478 houses were sold. These sales have been on an upward trend in the second half of last year, not in the first half. Especially with these unbalanced increases in housing prices, the effects of the interventions made by the authorities seemed to be very beneficial.<\/p>\n

This year, data for the first 4 months of 2025 have been published. According to the data obtained by the Turkish Statistical Institute, housing sales continue to grow and break records.
